We are looking for HIGH ENERGY Assistant Restaurant Managers to help lead our Dunkin' team!
The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the Restaurant Manager in their efforts to develop a team of dedicated people delivering great and friendly guest experiences and profitable top line sales. They assist in the development of Crew and Shift Leaders and fulfill accountabilities assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER KEY RESPONSIBILITIES TO PROVIDE TRAINING ON:
-Shift Leader responsibilities
-Work closely with Upper Management
-Maintain Guest Service and Daily Operational standards
-Marketing objectives
-Cost control
-Sales growth
