Assistant Property Manager
This person will help prospects and residents feel at home and well taken care of by management.
The main duties of this position are:
Providing great customer service
Verify applications, process paperwork and maintain accurate files
Section 42 compliance paperwork
Base Section 8 compliance paperwork
Leasing apartments to maintain occupancy and collections
Generate traffic for the property
Keep current residents happy by assisting in events
Intake of service requests
The required skills and experience are:
One year of apartment industry experience
One year of Section 42 Tax Credit experience
Knowledge of Base Section 8 Housing Program
Excellent customer service skills
Willingness to go above and beyond
Strong sales and leasing skills
Yardi software experience
