We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a contract-to-hire Assistant Property Manager in the Property Management industry. This role involves managing all aspects of property operations, ensuring the highest level of tenant satisfaction and maximizing property performance. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leasing, property rental, and property management. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your skills and experience in a dynamic, fast-paced, and challenging environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in managing all aspects of building and property operations, maintenance, and leasing activities.
2. Coordinate with the property management team to ensure all property-related tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively.
3. Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
4. Assist in the preparation and implementation of operating budgets and financial reports.
5. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all property activities, including tenant leases, maintenance requests, and financial transactions.
7. Support the property manager in the negotiation and administration of vendor contracts.
8. Assist in the marketing and leasing of properties, including showing properties to prospective tenants, screening applicants, and preparing lease agreements.
9. Ensure all properties are leased and maintained in accordance with company standards and local, state, and federal laws.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management, leasing, or property rental.
2. Bachelor's degree in Business
