Your Role:
As an Assistant Property Manager, you play a pivotal role in our company's success. Your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting in achieving optimal marketing results for our community
- Demonstrating thorough knowledge of leasing techniques and sales methods
- Managing property rental information effectively
- Ensuring accurate rent postings to the tracking system
- Securing a high percentage of closed leases for the property
- Maintaining efficient reporting and administrative tasks
- Liaising with businesses and locator services for promotional materials
- Prioritizing resident requests with efficiency and courtesy
- Collaborating on resident retention programs, such as newsletters or social activities
- Managing inventory and ordering necessary supplies and equipment
- Supporting the Community Manager in staffing recommendations, interviews, and training
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the apartment industry in a similar role
- Proficiency in RealPage/LRO and One-Site or similar systems
- College degree preferred, but not required
- Strong customer service skills
- Bilingual abilities are advantageous
