Role Overview:
As an Assistant Property Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our properties under the guidance of the Property Manager. You'll be empowered to step into leadership in the absence of the Property Manager, driving excellence in all aspects of property management. From lease preparation to tenant relations, your dedication will contribute to our community's success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize leasing techniques and sales methods to optimize property occupancy.
- Ensure timely reporting, maintenance, and submission of administrative tasks.
- Collect and post rent payments accurately.
- Respond courteously and efficiently to resident inquiries and requests.
- Collaborate with the Property Manager to enhance resident satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct site tours, effectively sell to prospects, and lease apartments.
- Coordinate with on-site staff to maintain apartment readiness and standards.
- Uphold OSHA standards and company safety policies.
- Participate in hiring, training, and scheduling of office personnel.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous real estate experience is essential.
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years in residential property management or retail sales.
