Assistant Property Manager - Banyan Living

Job Overview:

Join Banyan Living as an Assistant Property Manager and play a key role in managing our vibrant residential communities. You will support the Property Manager in leasing operations, resident services, and community maintenance, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for all residents.

Responsibilities:

• Leasing: Welcome and qualify prospective residents, conduct property tours, process applications, and ensure smooth transitions for new residents.
• Administrative Duties: Manage rental payments, maintain accurate financial records in Yardi Voyager, assist with lease documentation, and prepare monthly financial statements.
• Resident Relations: Address resident inquiries and concerns, oversee maintenance requests, and enhance community engagement through events and communications.
• Marketing: Implement marketing strategies, participate in outreach efforts, and maintain knowledge of market trends to attract potential residents.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years of experience in property management or a related customer service role.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with property management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
