About the Job
We are seeking a motivated and independent Real Estate Services Assistant to join our Property Management team. In this role, you will assist with a variety of tasks, including P2P processes, work order creation, invoice management, and utilizing client invoicing systems. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to tenants and handling administrative tasks in a timely manner.

Duration: 03 months (with possibility of extension/conversion)
Key Responsibilities:
- Process P2P transactions and manage invoices, including coding and follow-ups
- Create and manage work orders in the system
- Follow up with partners via email to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Utilize internal resources to learn and implement processes and procedures
- Address tenant inquiries, providing prompt and professional responses
- Assist with client invoicing system operations as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate services or property management
- Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent follow-up skills, ensuring tasks are completed promptly
- Ability to learn processes and procedures using internal resources
- Exceptional customer service skills, especially in tenant communication
