- Account Administration: Add utility accounts to online portals and manage related documentation.
- Leasing: Monitor property vacancies, assist with new building leases, and handle subsidy-related tasks (non-payments and renewal submissions).
- Legal Support: Manage tenant cases, including preparation for legal proceedings as needed.
Requirements
- Experience: 2-4 years of property management and leasing experience.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Yardi software is a bonus. Prior experience dealing with NYC-related property matters is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable interacting face-to-face with customers and clients.
- Availability: Must be able to work on-site Monday through Friday.
