Your specific duties will include:
- Assisting with Tenant Matters.
- Assisting with Property Conditions (e.g., curb appeal, repairs, preventative maintenance, etc.).
- Assisting with Vendor Relations.
- Assisting with Monthly Collections, including any notifications.
- Lease Administration (e.g., amendments, abstracting, reporting, etc.).
- Managing Vacancies (e.g., coordinating with contractors and vendors).
- Providing support to the Property Manager.
- Reporting to top-level management.
- Yardi +++
- Proficiency in MS Office is a must.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
- Basic accounting skills, including accounts payable and invoice entry.
