Position: Assistant Property Manager (APM) - Retail Property Management
Location: NE Bay Area (Remote with local presence required for property visits)
About the Role:
As an Assistant Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Property Manager(s) across various management aspects of assigned properties. Your responsibilities will encompass maintenance coordination, tenant relations, financial oversight, risk management, and more. Possessing strong organizational skills, you will adeptly manage multiple priorities while ensuring compliance with established processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster business growth through seamless integration and collaboration
- Cultivate an exceptional property management experience, emphasizing care and efficiency

- Ensure adherence to JLL processes, procedures, and platforms

What You'll Bring:
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience supporting commercial property management
- Proficiency in communication, organization, and time management
- Familiarity with Property Management financials
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with Yardi and AP/AR systems preferred
