 Assistant Project Manager- Construction

Fusco Personnel is currently recruiting an Assistant Project Manager. This is a FT Direct Hire opportunity in the Capital Region, NY area.  The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day execution of the projects through all phases from initial startup, design and engineering, construction management, change management, closeout, commissioning, and warranty work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree in construction management, engineering, or architecture
• 3-5 years’ experience in construction

• Serve as Assistant Project Manager/Project Engineer reporting to an experienced Project Manager or Project Executive
• Assist in managing the project’s profit & loss to preserve profitability throughout the project’s life cycle
• Manage and maintain a healthy client relationship while protecting company interests

Salary Range

• $55K to 85K
