Assistant Project Manager

Assistant Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Support the project manager in planning, organizing, and overseeing residential construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Assist in developing project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays, proposing solutions to mitigate them.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.
- Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to ensure adherence to specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with project deliverables.
Assistant Project ManagerĀ Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in residential construction or project management roles.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction best practices.
