About the Job
Established company is seeking an Assistant Project Manager. Pay: $65k.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit weekly updates on maintenance tasks completed for clients.
- Participate in conference calls and provide reports detailing project progress and plans to clients.
- Ensure prompt submission of repair quotes for generators.
- Audit job statuses to confirm readiness for billing and update customer records accurately.
- Collaborate with managers to address and resolve billing inquiries.
- Build and sustain productive relationships with clients and team members.
- Operate independently with little to no supervision.
- Supervise field teams to ensure compliance with specifications, industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Validate accurate recording of materials and ensure proper billing amounts.
- Coordinate and optimize technician routes and schedules to meet customer expectations efficiently.
- Contribute to monthly budget planning and maintain alignment with project goals.
- Be available for responsibilities outside of standard working hours as required.
Qualifications:
- Preferred: At least 2 years of experience in administrative support.
- Skilled in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook) and Google Sheets.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and applications.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Quick to learn and proficient in working with new technology and software tools.
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Eager and open to acquiring new knowledge and skills.
- Capable of providing clear updates on work progress to clients.
- Experienced in supervising technicians or managing direct reports.
