CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking an Assistant Project Manager - OPM to join our Commercial & Institutional - PM/CM Team at our office in Boston, MA.

Our Assistant Project Manager tracks project deliverables and reports back to Project Managers in a timely fashion while helping coordinate and manage projects from inception to completion. This role is key in helping maintain positive vendor and client relationships.
The Assistant Project Manager plans and implements projects including proposal preparation and development of scope, schedule, and budget by coordinating with CHA technical groups and market staff. The professional in this role addresses clients' needs and issues that arise during the project. This individual consults with and gathers information from technicians, engineers, contractors, etc., as well as facilitates communications between office and field staff.
The Assistant Project Manager is a self-starter who excels in a high-paced work environment and is adaptable and calm under pressure.

REQUIREMENTS
- Associate Degree in engineering, architecture. science, planning, engineering management or a related degree is required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- PMP or equivalent professional license preferred
- No prior experience required, however, prior internship(s) and/or applicable coursework preferred
- Proven ability to manage scope, budget, and schedule of technical tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Deltek Vision is a plus
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style to suit various audiences
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task effectively
- Solid problem solver
- Ability to travel to client sites as needed
SALARY RANGE:
$85,000 - $100,000
Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
