About the Job
Key Responsibilities:
- Asset Management:
- Oversee financial aspects of the commercial building located at New York including revenue and expense management, market trend analysis, business planning, budgeting, and performance reporting.
- Leasing and Operations:
- Develop and execute leasing strategies, streamline building operations, and ensure optimal utilization of property resources.
- Project Support:
- Provide administrative support for the 460 Park Avenue Repositioning Project, including financial modeling, subcontractor management, and RFP review.
- Collaborate with architects, general contractors, and project management firms to ensure seamless project execution.
- Executive Reporting:
- Prepare and present detailed project reports, including strategic recommendations to leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education:
- Degree in Real Estate (preferred), Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Architecture, or related fields.
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of project management experience in building remodeling or construction.
- Experience managing properties over 300,000 square feet is a plus.
- Entry-level candidates with relevant education are encouraged to apply.
