The Role: The Assistant Project Manager will be integral to delivering our project management services with precision and professionalism. This position is perfect for a dynamic individual ready to contribute to Chelsea Lighting’s continued success.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing essential project deliverables, such as submittals, shop drawings, logistics, and invoicing, with accuracy and professionalism.Collaborating with clients and vendors to proactively resolve challenges and ensure on-time project completion.
- Supporting senior project managers by tracking profitability, preparing reports, and coordinating field activities.
- Organizing and maintaining project documentation (digital and paper) and assisting in change order processing.
- Monitoring construction schedules, overseeing delivery logistics, and coordinating billing with accounting to maintain project accuracy.
- Begin to develop your Leadership, Management, and Accountability (LMA) skills by working with new or junior employees under the tutelage of your Project Manager mentor.
