We have a full project backlog and are actively looking to expand our team in Boston, MA by adding an Assistant Project Manager to the team for a long-term opportunity!
The ideal candidate will have a background working on multifamily apartment projects as a PE or APM employed by a GC or Developer Builder.

We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Project Manager focusing on Multifamily Construction. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a rapidly growing company in the Construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in managing all aspects of construction projects, including Podium, Garden style, Wrap, Market Rate Apartments, Senior Living, Student Housing, and Assisted Living. If you are passionate about the construction industry and have a proven track record in project management, we want to hear from you!
As an Assistant Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
1. Assisting the Project Manager in all aspects of the construction process from initial planning to completion.
2. Coordinating and supervising the construction process to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.
3. Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists to ensure project specifications and quality standards are
met.
4. Preparing and managing project budgets, schedules, and contracts.
5. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
6. Managing the procurement of materials and equipment.
7. Coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
8. Resolving any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
9. Providing regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
10. Participating in project reviews and meetings.
To be considered for the Assistant Project Manager position, you should possess the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in multifamily construction project management.
2. Proven experience with Podium, Garden style, Wrap, Market Rate Apartments, Senior Living, Student Housing, and Assisted Living
projects.
3. A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
4. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
5. Excellent organizational and project management skills.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Proficiency in project management software.
9. A strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
