Key Responsibilities
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, and budgeting
- Coordinate and communicate with all project stakeholders
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager
- Assist with managing construction and mechanical building systems
- Negotiate contracts and change orders with suppliers and subcontractors
- Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts
- Provide administrative support to the Project Manager
- Previous experience in project management or construction management
- Strong understanding of mechanical building systems, including HVAC
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong administrative skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
