What you’ll do as a Assistant Project Manager



+ Reporting production, status of jobs and billing information


+ Construction Work Face Planning experience preferred


+ Project Controls 1-3 years of experience working on construction projects is ideal


+ Detail-oriented and able to perform quality assurance audits on reporting


+ Good verbal and written communication skills are a MUST.


+ Must be able to work independently to complete deliverables on a daily basis


+ Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel) ability to navigate large amounts of data to support contractual reporting requirements quickly through pivot tables, sumifs, v-lookups, etc.


+ Other duties as assigned

What you’ll need



+ To be 18 years of age or older


+ Authorization to work in the United States for this company


+ Possess valid Driver’s License


+ At least 1-3 years relevant experience


+ Must be able to pass background and drug screen


+ Good organization, multi-tasking, time management and documentation skills.


+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills


+ Experience / knowledge of State, Highway Department & Municipal requirements for Tele-Communications construction permitting processes


+ Working knowledge of traffic control permitting requirements


+ Proficient with Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, etc.)


+ Demonstrate proficiency with Adobe Professional and Microsoft Project.


+ Some knowledge of As Builts


+ Ability to work independently


+ Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships at all levels.


+ Ability to interact effectively with other team members


+ Must be able to follow instructions and directions to perform job tasks.


+ Construction experience preferred but not required.








Salary Range $27- $34 / hour
