Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Assistant Project Manager position will possess the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
2. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
3. Proven experience in project management, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.
4. Strong knowledge of construction processes, means and methods, and relevant rules, regulations, quality standards, and safety hazards.
5. Proficiency in project management software tools, applications, and methodologies.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
7. Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
8. A proactive, hands-on approach to work, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
9. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various job sites as needed.
10. Professional Project Management (PMP) certification is preferred but not required.
