Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year

Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in the Construction industry. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing Ground-up and Interior Construction projects from start to finish. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of Ground-up and Interior Construction projects from conception to completion.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
Coordinate and communicate with all project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
Ensure that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Manage and supervise on-site construction activities, including scheduling, safety, and quality control.
Provide regular progress reports and updates to the client and senior management.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years experience in construction.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management software, and other relevant tools.
Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
