Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones
- Support the Project Manager in overseeing daily operations on construction sites
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Monitor project progress and report any issues or delays to the Project Manager
- Help manage project budgets and prepare financial reports
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Attend meetings with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in project management or construction roles
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Understanding of construction processes and techniques
- Familiarity with Ground Up, Retail, and Commercial projects is a plus
