Assistant Construction Project Manager

Assistant Project Manager Responsibilities: 

• Run construction projects from start to finish 
• Create and Manage schedules, budgets, and QC 
• Be a partner to external and internal stakeholders (suppliers, subs, coworkers, investors, inspectors, etc.) 
• Manage and track all change orders, contracts, RFIs, submittals and related project paperwork 
• Lead meetings to update others on progress, issues and corrective actions

Assistant Project Manager Requirements: 

• BS in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar 
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager or similar 
• In depth knowledge of construction, building, materials, code compliance, budgets, and schedules 
• Excellent communication via email, phone, project specific apps, and face to face 
• Flexibility to switch gears as needed when priorities change
