About the Job
We are currently seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our team, responsible for supporting Project Managers in the successful execution of system integration projects. This role involves coordination of submittals, manpower and staffing, resources, change orders, project tracking, and documentation.

- Bachelor of Science in Building Construction, Construction Science, or Construction Management. Experience in lieu of a degree is acceptable.
- 5+ years of industrial construction project experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Project).
- Assist in developing project proposals by determining time frames, costs, procedures, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project.
- Work with the documentation group to ensure all required submittal documents are ready and organized.
- Purchase parts, supplies, and technical instrumentation per specifications and system design.
- Act as a liaison for inter-departmental coordination and manage day-to-day operations for assigned projects.
- Maintain project documentation and updates with change orders.
- Participate in project review meetings with other contractors and customer representatives.
- Review change orders and update pricing to maintain profitability and budget constraints.
- Assist with the preparation of project reports for management, general contractors, customers, engineering firms, and others.
- Maintain Job Hazard Analysis.
- Fill in for the Project Manager when needed for meetings, etc.
- $75,000 - $110,000
- Monday to Friday
