About the Job
Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager (APM) to join our team and support the planning, organization, and execution of Sales and Marketing efforts for residential real estate communities. Working alongside the Project Management and Executive Teams, the APM will be responsible for coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of marketing campaigns and project deliverables. This role is integral in managing timelines, budgets, and communications to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination & Management
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, organizing, and executing marketing campaigns.
- Create and maintain project timelines, budgets, and schedules.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans.
Vendor and Client Coordination
- Oversee photography scheduling and execution by coordinating with stakeholders via Asana.
- Schedule project signage, build relationships with vendors, and ensure timely installations.
- Act as a liaison between project managers, agents, and marketing teams to align on goals.
Marketing & Social Media Support
- Proof eblasts and marketing materials to ensure quality and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the creative team on high-quality project deliverables.
- Assist in managing social media platforms by planning, strategizing, and leveraging analytics to optimize audience engagement.
Site Visits & Evaluation
- Travel to project sites and model homes to assess marketing materials' accuracy and effectiveness.
- Provide feedback and implement necessary adjustments to enhance marketing efforts.
Team and Client Support
- Serve as an additional point of contact for clients to foster strong relationships and ensure project satisfaction.
- Support new home sales agents by providing materials, guidance, and compliance support.
Reporting & Analysis
- Maintain accurate documentation and records for all projects and sales activities.
- Conduct post-project analysis and provide performance reports to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in real estate, marketing, or similar industries.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and basic Adobe Suite preferred.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
