Assistant Project Engineer Responsibilities

• Assist and support the engineering team.
• Perform design reviews and evaluate constructability.
• Resolve technical issues and manage information generated through the design and construction phases of multiple and concurrent projects.
• Design and prepare engineering reports and related documentation, and devises charts and graphs to record results.

Assistant Project Engineer Position Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before clients or employees of the organization.
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
• Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
