Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm
Compensation: $20.00 to $21.00

What You'll Do:
Be a Vital Link: Coordinate communication between clients, technicians, and project managers to ensure every project is on track and runs smoothly.
Keep Things Organized: Handle scheduling, perform audits, assist with project setup, and keep everything running like a well-oiled machine.
Ensure Accuracy: Review invoices, perform inventory checks, and maintain impeccable records, helping ensure every detail is accounted for.
Make It Happen: Take on new challenges and assist your team in achieving success, all while ensuring deadlines are met and clients are happy.
What You Bring to the Table:
Tech-Savvy: Experience with computers in an office setting is a must. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills are essential.
Communication Pro: You'll need to be able to communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and on the phone.
Detail-Oriented: You know how to spot the small stuff that makes a big impact and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
A Quick Learner: You're adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment, able to prioritize and shift gears as needed.
Flexibility and Initiative: You're someone who works well with minimal supervision and takes the initiative to solve problems and keep things moving.
