- Project Planning and Scheduling
- Assist in creating and maintaining project timelines and work breakdown structures.
- Schedule meetings, workshops, and project milestones.
- Track budgets, labor, materials, deadlines and manage project calendars and timelines.
- Communication and Coordination
- Serve as a liaison between project team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Draft and distribute project updates, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Maintain project documentation and respond to project-related inquiries.
- Administrative Support
- Prepare project permits, proposals and budgets.
- Manage project expenses and invoices.
- Coordinate travel and logistics for project team members.
- Update project management tools and databases.
- Progress Monitoring and Reporting
- Track project progress against key performance indicators.
- Identify risks and escalate issues to the Project Manager.
- Prepare status reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Similar experience in project coordination or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Adobe, Microsoft Project, Asana).
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- Adaptability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
