Medical Billing/Coding two or more year of years’ experience working with older adults in recreation and the coordination of events, of which at least one year must have been in a supervisory or administrative position, preferably in the field of aging.

Strong presentation skills and ability to represent the organization in dialogues with other agencies and community meetings.

Excellent skills in verbal and written communication.

Demonstrated knowledge of community service/development.

Understand the Elderly Population with the ability to communicate effectively with them in a caring non-prejudice manner.
