Major/Essential Functions
- Provides Oncology in-patient care, outpatient care, and in-patient consultation services
- Supervises and teaches students and residents in both in-patient and outpatient care
- Engages in advancement of scientific knowledge through research and/or scholarship
- Serves the academic community through participation in institutional governance such as committee work
- Contributes to the community through academically-related public service complementary to the institutional mission
- Adheres to institutional and departmental policies and procedures
- Ensures compliance with HIPAA and billing regulations
- Exhibits teamwork orientation and acts as a team player
- Demonstrates professionalism in accordance with Paul L. Foster School of Medicine

Required Qualifications
- M.D. or D.O. degree
- Licensed, or eligible for medical licensure in the State of Texas
- Successful completion of ACGME-accredited residency training in Internal Medicine
- Successful completion of ACGME-accredited fellowship training in oncology
