This new hire will b...Qualified applicants should possess a DMA or PhD at the time of appointment, as well as relevant teaching experience (or equivalent professional experience).Successful candidates will demonstrate a commitment to teaching from a liberal arts perspective, stressing excellent writing skills, theoretical understanding, critical analysis, and connecting theory to practice.  Furthermore, we are seeking candidates who will take advantage of the learning opportunities our Atlanta location has to offer by encouraging students to attend concerts/performances in the community (this may include organizing trips to the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra and/or other local ensembles) and engaging in student recruitment activities.
