Assistant Production Manager - PGT Innovations

Need an experienced and self-motivated candidate, with the ability to measure windows, doors or have 4+ years’ experience in building construction.

• Assist with scheduling installs
• Schedule measures and measure jobs
• Update LP for all contact with customers and any notable changes
• Assist with assigning crews to jobs
• Ensure materials are ready for jobs
• Work with crews when they load so they understand the scope of work
• Assist in oversee warehouse staff
• Assist and review labor bills for accuracy and fairness
• Ensure all jobs are triggered
• Work with manufacturing on job flow and issues
• Visit job sites & train installers as needed
• Assist with holding meetings with crews
• Assist with managing and collecting AR and conducting meetings

Requirements:

• 4+ years experience in building construction or installation of windows and doors
• Prefer that the Candidate has hands-on field experience with the installation of windows and doors.
• Must be able to lift over 50lbs.
• Must be well organized and computer literate.
• Clean driving record, pass a background check and drug screening.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

• Travel to customers’ homes in the local market daily.
• Travel for training purposes.
