Responsibilities
As a Junior Project Manager, you will be expected to:
1. Assist the Project Manager in planning, managing, and delivering construction projects from initiation to completion.
2. Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the project are in alignment with the project plan.
3. Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and take corrective actions as necessary to keep the project on track.
4. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards, as well as legal and contractual requirements.
5. Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
6. Foster positive relationships with clients, contractors, and team members to facilitate successful project delivery.
7. Continually seek opportunities for improvement and implement best practices in project management.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Renewable Energy is required.
2. 0-1 year of experience in Construction Management or Project Management.
3. Proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects.
4. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex situations and make decisions under pressure.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and is coachable.
