Job Summary
The Assistant Parts Manager supports the Parts Manager in overseeing the parts department operations at our dealer group. This role involves assisting customers and managing inventory. The ideal candidate will have strong organization skills, customer service experience, and knowledge of semi-truck parts and accessories.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable assistance to customers regarding truck parts and accessories.
• Process customer orders and returns accurately.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently.
• Assist in promoting parts sales and special promotions.
• Assist with managing required parts debarment paperwork such as invoices.
• Support the parts manager with day-to-day operations and staff supervision.
• Communicate efficiently and effectively with the sales team to support sales and customer needs.
• Other duties and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Diesel truck and/or automotive experience
• Management or leadership experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Computer proficiency
