ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists and supports counter sales and transactions as required:
- Answer phones
- Invoice/crediting functions
- Credit/checks deposit function
- Pulling and staging Jobber pick-ups/drop-offs
- Place and post purchase orders
- Over-shipment and damage paperwork
- Receipt of product into inventory
- Review/approve warranty situations
- Learn and perform daily NAPA and CTP open and or close procedures
Learn daily, weekly and monthly reporting of supplied TAMS & CT Parts inventory management reports.
Warehouse support, as required, including: receiving schedules, product receipts and restocking shelves.
Operate tow motor to load and unload trucks, requires active tow motor operation certification
Physical inventory coordination/assistance with the Inventory Coordinator.
Assist in inventory updates and returns quarterly.
Assist in physical inventory cycle counts.
Manage & oversee core/defects returns.
Be able to interact professionally with CTP clients such as NAPA Jobbers and CTE Store Leaders and Service Managers on site, and/or at customer location.
All other duties as assigned by CT Parts Manager.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma, or higher; and Tire and Automotive background (preferred), Sales and Customer Service background (preferred); and a working knowledge of basic computer programs such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, and interest.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written, oral, or diagramed instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

The employee is regularly required to speak and listen, both over the phone and in person to customers and fellow employees, in order to perform the above listed duties.
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions. The employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
The employee regularly works 40 hours per week. 40-45 hours per week when overtime is available.
MISCELLANEOUS
The employee is required to have an acceptable driving record, in line with the stated Company Policy, and they must have a valid driver's license in the state in which they are employed with the Conrad Companies.
The employee must comply with all aspects of Conrad's Drug Free Workplace Policy.
A background check is required as a condition of employment.
