Base Salary: $50,000 range

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Operations Manager to join our team and support the daily operations and project management activities. Responsibilities:
- Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing daily operations and project management activities.
- Coordinate and schedule construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and identify areas for improvement or potential risks.
- Assist in preparing project budgets, estimates, and cost analysis.
- Collaborate with the project team, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
- Assist in managing and mentoring the operations team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Assist in resolving any project-related issues or conflicts in a timely and efficient manner.
- Participate in regular meetings with the Operations Manager and other stakeholders to review project status, discuss challenges, and plan for future projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in construction management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software.
- Knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
