About the Job
The Assistant Operations Manager is responsible for the performance of designated hubs(s). The primary focus is to confirm that Arhaus Standard Operating Procedures are executed by each provider and make certain required delivery deadlines are met while ensuring a consistent brand-right experience at the hub(s).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations at designated hub facilities within the district to ensure adherence to SOPs and performance towards metrics including but not limited to Return & Exchange Rate, Customer Experience Rate, Cost per Stop, % Scheduled, and Lead Time metrics
- Provide support to the store teams as issues arise and attend deliveries regularly
- Work with hubs to identify specific areas of improvement and share best practices among locations and with colleagues
- Share product-specific information and assembly instructions with the delivery hub teams
- Provide feedback to cross-functional partners to support reduced recurrence of issues
- Support project-related tasks as assigned
- Perform on-site operational audits to confirm site compliance with SOPs
- Investigate, resolve and/or escalate customer service issues as appropriate
- Review invoices for billing accuracy

Education, Experience, and Other Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma; College degree preferred
- Years of experience: must have 3-5 years in Fleet and/or Home Delivery Operations
- Valid Driver’s license required
- Computer proficiency: Working knowledge of computer programs
- Dedicated to business and allow flexibility with work hours if necessary
Essential Functions of the Position:
- No physical limitations that limit the ability to carry and move furniture weighing up to 150 pounds.
- Ability to assist in strategic planning of a growth-oriented company.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer’s information.
- Always willing to adapt to change and keep an open mind to training
- Consistent regular scheduled attendance is considered an essential function of this job.
