About the Job
We are an Automotive Glass Company looking for an experienced secretary with automotive industry experience.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones
- Filing & billing account receivables
- Ordering parts
- Scheduling jobs, etc.
Requirements:
- Must be able to work independently & efficiently.
- Detail Orientated & thorough.
- Auto Glass experience or Automotive experience is preferred but willing to train a fast learner.

Hours are Mon - Fri 10 AM to 4 PM to start & can be flexible and full time after the job is adequately learned.
