Busy Subaru Dealership is looking for a highly motivated employee
- Assistant Office Managers will assist in general office duties as assigned by the Office Manager.
- Assistant Office Managers will provide support to the sales and service staff, as needed.
- Assistant Office Managers will be responsible for filing daily paperwork within the dealership as needed and keeping records in order.
- Reviewing accounting schedules, and working with the accounting staff to clear up any discrepancies.
- Insure that the accounting records are maintained in an orderly, current and accurate condition at all times.
- Perform bank, floor plan, holdback, and other account reconcilements.
- Additional duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Must have prior automotive office experience.
- Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Must be willing to submit to a background check
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred
