Salary/Hourly Rate:
$115k – $125k
Position Overview:
The Assistant Manager-Portfolio Compliance will work collaboratively with the legal and compliance teams on monitoring and maintaining investment guidelines for clients. They will also collaborate with Investment teams and clients to resolve guideline issues while maintaining fiduciary responsibility.
Responsibilities of the Assistant Manager – Portfolio Compliance:
- Review and comment on proposed client guideline changes during the intake process.
- Code and validate new or amended guidelines in CRD to ensure accuracy.
- Oversee Compliance Specialists, provide training, and address CRD alerts promptly.
- Handle ad hoc compliance projects and facilitate client guideline clarifications, amendments, or waivers as needed.
Qualifications for the Assistant Manager – Portfolio Compliance:
- 5+ years of experience with investment compliance.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Extensive rule coding knowledge.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field is required.
