Currently seeking a goal-oriented customer service representative for a busy call center in a positive team environment. Providing excellent service to our clients is our first priority. Life insurance industry experience a plus. We are looking to fill this vacancy immediately.

- The ideal candidate must be punctual, organized, reliable, and hard-working.
- Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, superb attention to detail, sharp memory, and an excellent attitude!
- Must be able to take direction and complete tasks accurately and in a timely fashion.
- Must be able to solve problems independently and in a team environment.
- Moderate to advanced user of Microsoft Office programs and email.
- Must be Computer/Internet Savvy.
- Must understand that providing a positive experience for our customers on each and every call is PRIORITY ONE.
The position requires a person to be sitting for long periods of time, with a total focus on completing multiple tasks. This is NOT a work-from-home position. EXCELLENT Attendance and punctuality are a must for success in this position. Work hours are generally Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
