Key Responsibilities:



+ Recruit, train, and mentor a dedicated team of associates to uphold a high standard of excellence.


+ Support financial responsibilities by operating within the budget and identifying new ways to improve the business.


+ Coordinate daily cafe operations to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.


+ Plan, market, and complete special events and promotions to drive engagement and sales.


+ Strictly adhere to sanitation and cleaning standards to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.


+ Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the overall success of the cafe.



Qualifications:



+ Bachelor’s Degree required.


+ At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in food service cafe operations, including restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, or healthcare.


+ Proven operational knowledge of cash handling procedures and food service equipment. Proficient computer skills, including MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, internet).


+ ServSafe or Department of Health Certification preferred.
