- Assisting the GM in selection, guidance, training, and performance management of Team Members.
- Demonstrating the ability to lead a team in a fast paced work environment.
- Responsible management of restaurant’s P&L statement.
- Executing training and marketing programs.
As a Restaurant Assistant Manager, you will be an important member of the team and will be supported with the tools and training needed to succeed in our dynamic organization. An Assistant Manager's responsibilities are to supervise and train team members, maintain appropriate inventory levels, ensure customer satisfaction and implement quality improvements.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule
- Stand for up to 8 hours during a shift and be able to lift 30 to 50 pounds
- Requires you to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
