Responsibilities: * Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant * Train and mentor team members to ensure they deliver exceptional service to our guests * Manage inventory and ensure strict adherence to food safety and quality standards * Assist in scheduling and maintaining labor cost controls * Provide leadership and direction to the team to achieve sales targets * Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally * Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment * Collaborate with the management team to determine and successfully implement operational improvements Requirements: * At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role * Proven ability to lead and motivate a team * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Exceptional problem-solving abilities * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously * Understanding of food safety regulations and proven methods * Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required This position offers a robust benefits package, Health Savings Account (HSA), Short & Long Term Disability, Life Insurance, Legal Plan, Pet Insurance, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), 401(K) Plan + Company Match, Paid Time Off, Employee Resource Group(s), Tuition Reimbursement program through Colorado Technical University, and much, much more! Additional Benefits: You will begin accruing PTO after six months of continuous employment, at a rate of .039 per hour worked, capped at 100 hours.
