SENIOR ASSISTANT MANAGER

Seeking motivated and engaging team leader to join a 40 + year family-oriented franchise that values its team.

Salary:            Up to $50,000 with additional bonus potential paid annually

• 5+ years Restaurant MANAGEMENT
• Strong leadership qualities

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities
• Oversee guest services and resolve issues
• Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
• Train and manage kitchen personnel
• Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
