Assistant Manager - Culver's

Come be a part of the new Culver's opening in Prior Lake! The wage range is $18-$23/hour. The target date for restaurant opening is November 11th. Management training will be taking place at the Culver's in Lakeville and the Culver's in Apple Valley. The company covers 75% of manager health insurance premium, and 50% of dependents. We also offer dental insurance. We offer matching IRA contributions up to 3%. We offer life insurance at no cost to you. Once the restaurant is up and running, we do offer bonuses based on restaurant profitablity which could add another $2 to $5 per hour worked to your rate.     The wage range for this position in $18 to $23/hr. We offer quarterly bonuses based on restaurant performance and profitability where you can earn anywhere from $2 to $5 more per hour worked in the quarter.  We have a fun management team who values teamwork and comradery.  We do manager outings twice a year, where the company pays for a fun night out.  Past

outings have included: Twins games, casino trips, boat cruises, and horse races at Canterbury Park. Managers get free food while they are working and 50% discounts while not working. Responsibilities:

· Run shifts effectively to provide great food and excellent guest service

· Demonstrate positive and effective role modeling for team members as a coach and

mentor to support the development of a high performing team

· Maintain compliance with operational and food safety procedures

Qualifications:

· Demonstrated passion and leadership

· Strong communication and organization skills

· A genuine smiling personality!

· 1 - 2 years of restaurant experience is preferred
