Skills
Excellent written and verbal communications skills preferred
Advanced PC skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and database management required
SAP experience preferred but not required
Ability to logically and systematically work through problems
Must possess positive interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with diverse people in multiple cross functional departments, teams and customers
Proven leadership and management skills
Flexible schedule to work extended hours, weekends as needed
Demonstrate critical thinking, problem solving, decision making and conflict management skills
Education & Experience
High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelors Degree preferred
5-8 yrs direct transportation, logistics, supply chair experience required; 8-12 yrs experience preferred.
2-5 years supervisory experience required
Forklift and pallet jack trained
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit at a desk and/or in front of the computer for long periods of time
Repetitive use of hand/grasping product, writing, and typing
Stand/walk
Lift up to 15lbs
Carry up to 15lbs
Bend/ Stoop, Push/Pull frequently
