Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- At least 1 year in a management role, preferably in the food service industry
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence
- Knowledge of basic computer skills
Responsibilities:
- Commit to a minimum of 24 hours per week
- Flexibility to contribute to both opening and closing shifts
- Monitor inventory levels
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service
- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient functioning of the restaurant
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner
- Assist in training of staff to optimize performance
- Supervise and support team members, providing guidance and coaching as needed
- Uphold Chick-fil-A's values and standards while promoting a positive work environment
- Collaborate with the management team to implement strategies for business growth and success
