Assistant Manager

We are seeking a passionate hospitality professional to help lead our team at Cafe Yoto. The Assistant Manager is responsible for aiding in the overall operations of Cafe Yoto with direction from the Assistant General Manager and the General Manager. They ensure guests enjoy experiences, lead smooth and efficient services, support beverage inventory, ordering, and purchasing and staff training.

Qualifications:

• Prior leadership and/or training experience in the food & beverage industry
• Strong leadership with consistent communication and expectations
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Have and promote an always be learning attitude
• Find joy in working and connecting with team and guests

Cafe Yoto is a new, fast casual Japanese restaurant in the North Loop. Born from Shige Furukawa's high end sushi restaurant, Kado no MIse, sushi chef Yo Hasegawa has created approachable and authentic Japanese cuisine for everyone.
