About the Job
How? Pay starts at $12-15/hour depending on experience plus everyone shares tips (on average that's an extra $2-3 per hour).
- All responsibilities of the Crew Member.
- Opening and closing the store, locking up at the end of the day.
- Train, coach, and develop employees and team leaders.
- Ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service.
- Ensure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and security standards are met.
- Issue refunds and/or complimentary gift cards.
- Handle issues with staff and customers.
- Ensure proper cash handling and deposit procedures are followed.
- Ensure appropriate inventory and ordering systems are in place.
- Updating Inventory.
- Communicate with Vendors.
- Planning ahead for catering orders.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to connect effectively with customers and co-workers.
- Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture.
- Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused restaurant.
- Strong time-management skills.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and organize.

Turns out Elizabethtown was in need of a good burrito shop serving up locally sourced ingredients with a twist. We’ve been doing just that since 2015. Serving excellent food in a creative environment and warm atmosphere is a noble thing. Being a gathering place for the community is a worthy endeavor.
